How to Order

We do not use payment processors. There is no checkout form, no account to create, and no card details to provide. Orders are handled directly.

Step 1 — Get in touch

Contact us by email or Signal with the model and color you want. If you have questions about sizing or fit, ask here.

Step 2 — Receive an invoice

We will confirm availability and send you a payment address. We accept:

• Monero (XMR) — preferred
• Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Note: We can also use Bitcoin’s Lightning Network
• Litecoin MWEB (LTC)

No other payment methods are available.

Step 3 — Payment confirmation

Once payment is confirmed on-chain, we will prepare your order. Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours.

Step 4 — Shipping

We ship using Inpost lockers. You will receive a tracking link once the package is dispatched. Shipping costs include handling and packaging.

For Italian shipments:

• Privacy shipping: €12.50 — customer email required
• Full privacy shipping: €17.50 — no email required

For European and UK shipments, costs vary by destination. Any customs duties for countries outside the EU are payable by the recipient.

A note on privacy

This process is designed to minimize traceability. We ask that you use PGP-encrypted email if possible. Order data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your shipment and is not shared with third parties.
