Shipping
Packages are shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation via Bitpost using Inpost lockers. A tracking link is provided once dispatched.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging.

Customs duties for countries outside the EU are payable by the recipient.
Returns
You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
- Send an email explaining the reason for the return within 14 days of receipt.
- Wait for a return acceptance email from IR Eyewear before sending anything back. Print this email and include it with the shipment.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The adhesive warranty seal must be intact.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels, accessories, and materials included.
- The package must be delivered to the courier within 14 days of receiving the return acceptance email.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, including liability for loss or damage in transit.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will confirm acceptance by email. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 30 days of receiving the return.
Administrative and customs charges are excluded from refunds.
If the return conditions above are not met, the refund will not be issued. You may request the product be sent back to you at your own cost. If no request is made, the product will be held for 90 days.
Warranty
IR Eyewear guarantees its products against breakage caused by material or manufacturing defects for one year from the date of delivery. To activate the warranty, defects must be reported within 14 days of discovery.
The following are not covered:
- Lens scratches from normal use (unless the defect was present on delivery)
- Structural or colour damage from inappropriate use

These glasses are not intended for direct observation of the sun or solar eclipses, metal welding, or furnace work. They are not designed to protect against mechanical impact.
